Lincolnshire Wool Couture Design Project
Last year, on a City Break in Lincoln with my family, I met Jill White, who farms sheep and sells yarn made from their fleeces with her neice Charlotte. These fingerless mittens are Part One of a Design collaboration with them- next up, matching Steampunk Neckwarmers!
They could probably be worn the other way around- with the frill over the hand- for the New Romantics among you!
There's also a knitted version. I designed it with a herringbone pattern for the hand, but this could be replaced by 1x1 rib, instead.
