Polly Lampshade featured in Issue 56 of 'Inside Crochet' Magazine

Just have to thank the design team at Inside Crochet magazine, who styled and photographed my lampshade design.
It evolved gradually, I was sort of thinking art nouveau, decadence. There used to be a 'boite' or small nightclub in Paris called the 'Polly Magoo', after the 70s movie, 'Qui etes vous, Polly Magoo?'

Where I first deiscovered the delights of pernod.

It's ended up with a '70s rediscovery of Art Nouveau' feel so thats what I named it after.
A German licensing company liked this design and will be featuring it in a future publication, 'Hakeln for you 2'!
